My Red Devils Just Spawned...

I just did my normal checking of tanks and feeding and noticed tons of eggs in the pot my female RD is guarding.... I will post pics later...

That is awesome. Their father just spawned also, (finally) with my WC barred red female. I am going to grow all of these out in a 150gal pond, I want to see their colors before I start selling them.

Again congrats. And we do want pictures.

Here is a pic of dad protecting mom in their pot... you can kinda see all the eggs at the bottom of the pot under mom...

Scratch that. The dumb ass chased out the female today and ate the wigglers.

Its been awhile, he probably forgot how to raise kids.

Well scratch the fry from my guys... they all turned solid white.. so i wonder if he did his job or not... I went and looked this morning and the pot is cleaned out... Im hoping next time they do it .. they do it right...

It may take them a few times to get it right.
