Very nice set up. That Devil does have awesome color patterns. They should stay that way. Love the blue in the fins on your female Freddies.

Madness has some stock I am interested in for sure. I just dont want to raise the same stock as everyone else.

Hey Fishman in one of the pics you have listed a "synispilum or malanarus". Where did you get him from?

I have been considering a synspilum, been awhile but I saw some at APFP. They were just starting to color up.

So far I am thinking a synspilum, bocourti, hoga, lyonsi which are all on the more easy going side when it comes to bigger fish.

the synispilum is from apfp a few months ago. very easy going fish gets along with everone and i love his colors

Funny how you questioned his ID, I have seen some of their tanks that made me wonder if it was correct. But then again many of the fish we keep look so close when young, you really need to know what to look for.

well i believe the name synipilum doesnt exist and they switched it to melanarus but i wasnt completely sure but they are technically the same fish just two names

yeah hes great in the community with everyone seems to keep to himself and really even the more aggressive fish really pay him no attention. same with the zonatus devil and hoga. all are awesome with everyone

I have heard a few times myself that they are now considered the same species. But dont quite understand that, because they look completely different. But then again Devils are Devils but different colors, and even Zonatums are different colors when from different locals.
