| Hi i just wanna let you guys know I just bought 3 Bettas today 2 Females and 1 male and i also got another crowntail male that Igot a while ago. But anyways Picture will be around later. I am giving them blood worms day and night.
And also I'm gonna start setting up the tank tomorrow. Is it possible to divide a 10 gallon in half so I can breed 2 pairs almost at the same time? |

| yes, you can definetly divide a 10gallon in two.... especially with your size fish.... you can get dividers almost any pet shop, or you can make your own, there is a post in the DIY section, crashsmashley made one for her ten gallon, looked simple and cheap. |

| Do not breed two pairs in the same tank! Actually, I don't recommend breeding 2 pairs at the same time at all unless you wanna house 80+ fry in separate tanks at once. |

| Actually! That's right. 2 pairs will make a lot of fry. Damn. Cuz i was thinking about Thai. style of raising fry in a bottle. would that even work inside my room Like under my bed? |

Bettas need to live in 76-78 degree water, so bottles would not work. Each betta would need to be in at least 2 gallons. And do not house the male and female together at first. Keep them separated in the 10 gallon and wait a day or two before introducing them. The tank cannot have any filtration or substrate or decoration either. This is vital to keeping and raising the babies. |
