| Back when I used to live down South in Florida, this is how we would do it. On a weekend, we would have a fish fry. We would go down to the lake, catch a bunch of large mouth bass and blue channel cats and keep them in a kiddie pool. Then we would cook them. Keep in mind, this is a 6' across pool...lol. Sometimes, I miss Florida. |

| BTW, there are 3 bass and a load of cats in there. The one bass on the far right was pretty damned big.
Tasty monsters! |

Channel cats are just good eating. On the grill with some blackening spices, just awesome. |

| This takes me back a few years to when I was growing up in Roanoke, VA. Our next door neighbors and our family would catch fish all summer long, clean them, freeze them in bags of water and then thaw and cook them on the grill for the whole block and their relatives on Labor Day weekend. Smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, bluegills and channel cats. We really had some great meals and fun times that way! Thanks for sharing your fun! Ron |
