a word of caution ,i have a friend that has said these folks that offer these fish do not really posses them, they take your money then order or just plain take your money ,

my best advise ,if i may ,would be to buy from sellers with a few feedback points.

as i speak with us fish and wildlife from time to time they say they interrupt those types of shipments and take the fish, they watch aquabid very closely , i have been told that i would need to be a zoo or a college professor to apply for the cites papers ,to be legal the cites must be in your name ,

the fish are big money ,just be careful

Theyre illegal and I would not buy anything from aquabid unless they had A LOT of feedback and 100% positive. Too much money to risk. If you really want one there are people that can get them for you in real life, not over the net. Just talk to the right people and BE CAREFUL!

Awesome fish no doubt. I fancy myself a risk taker. But in this particular risk. The penalties are nowhere near the reward. That's just my opinion. I'm sure others feel different.
