Silverdale, its mostly a feed lot kinda store, they buy parvo puppy mill dogs, and have rabid birds.

Its like half a mile past the cycle shop in silverdale, its on a street corner

Is that the place with baby chickens and rabbits in the back room and two tiny rooms with birds in one and puppies in another? I've never seen fish in there. The only reason I ever go in there is to get striped sunflower seed by the 50lb bag. Cant get it anywhere else.

Yep, thats the place. If you walk towards the front of the store where all the horse tack, or open the door where those poor rabbits are and take a right, go back down that isle as far as you can then take a left, and you will be by the fish. They have a decent sized overpriced fish section. I only found it last year. o:

I would actually rather drive to The Wet Spot in Portland than buy livestock from Farmland - I would never really be sure what I bought, what condition it's in, etc. I do buy some dry goods there from time to time though.

Just went to this dive the other day...They have 3 Bala's in there that look very badly undernourished and one was missing most of it's snout! I felt dirty after I left!

I should say something to the guys @ Midway.... They need to go RESCUE those rays and the Aro!

Wish I had the heated outdoor pool to house one! (or few) lol...

I have had a lot of experience with this place and would not recommend them to anyone...

Black Beard algae in almost all the tanks
Little to no knowledge of the stock the carry
Dry goods with 6" of dust on them
    Sick or diseased fish
    and the list goes on...

I will say they are starting to clean up their tanks and treat for ich but their dry goods are either expired or about to expire but the lady who works the register knows the fish and care then the "fish" guy is still learning a lil so if they keep progress it might b a decent fish place Smile
