Cool. Not a bad price kind of small I would think though but I'm
no expert.

I've seen fry that small go for 75 cents each. They might be bigger than in the pics though.

Yeah I have three. I was just wondering. Just going off the fry's size in the pic I know aquarium paradise doesn't sell them that small. My smallest I ever bought was about an inch. They are suppose to
have tons of fry and breed like crazy too. I have had no luck yet but the ones I'm hoping to be males are only 3 inches and the biggest which I think is a female is about 6 inches or so.

where they that small? I always seen them
in with Ike at that size. I could be wrong though I don't go in all
the time to see them sell that small. Intreasting though.

It was about 2 years ago. Some lady brought them in and just gave them to the store. They grow pretty slowly so 3 inch male for 30 bucks is not bad @ $10 an inch right??

you know it's crazy cause my biggest one seemed like it took forever to get big but the two most recent ones seem to be growing alot faster. The reason I say it's crazy is cause I was told that the dominate cichlid will put out a hormone in the water to make the other cichlids grow slow. But all in all I would put my dovii as a moderate grower I couldn't say it was slow. But I haven't kept that many types of fish neither. So I'm not to sure what to compare it too. Bought my first wolf early this year not quite begining of the year and sitting currently at a nice 6 inches and probably an inch wide.
