My first attempt wet dry filter FAILED

Well this is my wet dry filter first attempt. Took me 2 days to make and 3 seconds to break. I accidentally dropped the drip tray and the bottom broke. Thought i share my failure lol. I'll give it another try with a 20 gallon tank next. all comments welcome!

look like a preatty good design.. Was it a 5gal?

It was a 10 gallon. Put everything together from scratch except for the tank. Hopefully I can salvage from it
