Today at Pet pourri I saw this fish! It looked similar to a barracuda, but a little thicker, and meaner looking..... from what they told me it is an awesome carnivore... and the fastest freshwater fish out there! I couldnt believe they are sellin these guys.... what a rare super cool fish! Comes with a price tag though.... think 79.99

was there yesterday after 4pm.... They just got them in this shipment..... You were there yesterday?? I mustve missed ya... i was there most the day... and couple hours today... lol

I was there Tuesday.
The young man who was maintaining the tanks mentioned they are planning on a 2400 G tank.

so you were there when the shipment came in??? Did you see all the bags in the tanks? about what time where you there.... man, I wish I knew you.... i honestly probably saw you in there.. lol.... small fish world... maybe I will catch you next time at another shop.. lol

not really big... about 2.5 - 3" or so..... I was really impressed with them in the store.... it wasnt til I got home and read more on them that I got super impressed!

Oh wow, that guys tiny for 80 bucks.. He'd be a feeder in like 2 seconds in my tank.. Sad

One of my favorite fish! I almost got one instead of my Cuda, but they are more vicious and would dine on my Corys and Clown Loaches Sad Better to have many species in my tank than just one fish Smile The African Pikes get nippy in groups under 3, so it's best to get either one or 3+, so that's the only downfall to them. They get pretty large after about 8 months, though! Beautiful colors...
